The rod is designed with a fibreglass core with radial reinforcement engineered to withstand an incredible breaking load of 4500kg. The exterior is coated in a polypropylene jacket, allowing operators to glide through bends and long runs.

The entire rod can be spooled onto a steel cage frame, which is manufactured with zinc-plating. This enables the frame to be lightweight for mobility and easy to store.

Mobile Design

This rodding system is built for those on-the-go jobs. The frame is designed to reel rodding systems onto it from 30m to 200m lengths. It’s both stable and lightweight, allowing it to be ideal for added mobility.

Reinforced

The radially reinforced core is covered in a polypropylene outer skin that is smooth, making it ideal for streamlined operations that are frictionless. It has a breaking load of 4500kg that ensures that you can confidently push through conduits and bends without a rod break, kink, or buckle.

Integrated Safety

Incorporating an integrated safety brake that is fully adjustable is a no-brainer. It allows the operator to take charge of how much rod is reeled in or out and in a controlled manner.
