HSC Elite 2t Fully Electric Battery Pallet Truck

The HSC Elite 2t Fully Electric Battery Pallet Truck moves 2 tonnes of stock with such ease that you won’t want to go back to manually lifting with a non-battery-operated pallet truck again. This pallet truck simplifies the lifting and driving processes through a lift motor and a drive motor by the flick of a switch. This significantly reduces the time required to lift and lower heavy pallets, contributing to the efficiency of this unit.

The pallet truck is powered by a 48V 15Ah lithium battery that can be removed easily. It delivers up to 3.5 hours of continuous working time and takes approximately 2 hours to charge back to 100% using the 5Ah charger that is supplied. Fitted with an integrated electromagnetic brake, this unit won’t let you down in terms of safety; the unit locks into place the moment your hands are removed from the controls. This also helps to prevent the unit from rolling unexpectedly, especially on slight inclines and ramps.

Smooth Handling

Everything about this pallet truck is geared towards comfort and simplicity. Manually pumping up to 2000kg of load can be frustrating; thus, this unit has motorised this process. The chassis is 55cm wide and can be manoeuvred easily through aisles. This level of flexibility is essential in busy warehouses where time and efficiency are of the essence.

Simplified Battery Operations and Charging

Being equipped with a modern battery system means that this pallet truck can run much more efficiently compared to older battery units. The lithium-ion battery provides quick power for up to 3.5 hours of continuous work. The LCD screen provides a clear overview of the battery power levels as well as the running hours to ensure that operators know exactly when the battery needs to be recharged. When the battery starts running low, it can easily be removed and hooked up to the provided 5Ah charger and get back to work in about 2 hours.

Total Control and Safety

Full control of the unit is at the fingertips of the operator. The dual butterfly switches can be controlled to move the unit backwards or forwards and are designed for both left- and right-handed operators. When the space is too congested for casual movements, the tortoise button slows the unit down to 1.4 mph. Outside of tortoise mode, the unit can operate at an easy 2.5 mph. The integrated electromagnetic braking system ensures that the unit cannot roll unexpectedly, as it automatically engages the moment the controls are released.
