The Sealey Premier battery support unit and charger is a fully automatic 7-stage charger/maintainer designed to charge and maintain a wide range of battery types, including EFB and AGM (stop/start), GEL, lead-acid, and calcium batteries. With auto chemistry selection, the charger automatically detects and adjusts to the connected battery's chemistry, ensuring optimal charging performance and prolonging battery life. A dedicated selection button also allows users to charge lithium batteries, further expanding the charger's versatility.
This battery support unit charger & maintainer is equipped with a range of advanced features that instil confidence in its ability to handle various battery conditions. It can charge a zero-volt battery, enabling completely discharged batteries to recover and charge, provided any load is removed from the rechargeable battery. The charger also features an old battery sulfation repair function, helping to restore performance in older, sulfated batteries. Furthermore, it includes a 13.5V DC power supply mode, which supports the battery during prolonged electronic diagnostic checks, ensuring it remains stable and charged throughout the process.
